About

I'm a doctor of chiropractic.  I'm also a personal trainer, a swim coach, a husband, a father, a coffee roaster, a deep thinker, a former athlete, and I swing kettlebells and indian clubs for fun.

I went to school at Logan University in St. Louis and graduated from their College of Chiropractic Magna Cum Laude in 2006.  Since then I've been working hard broaden my knowledge by exploring as many different schools of movement, rehabilitation, and training as possible.  A few examples include: McKenzie Disc Therapy, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Functional Movement, Myofascial Release, Indian Club swinging, and more.  I'm also very proud to announce I'm a certified HKC (kettlebell) instructor.

Before that I majored in zoology/life science at Miami University in Oxford after graduating from LaSalle High School in Cincinnati.

I enjoy staying active and have been fortunate to have coached the Clippard YMCA Barracuda swim team between 2006-2013.  I've continued to stay involved as our teamPersonally I've trained utilizing conditioning methods ranging from traditional powerlifting to gymnastics and from cross country to Crossfit.

When not in the gym or on the pool deck I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, roasting/brewing coffee, and sometimes just being.
